Long History and Technological Capability
Since we began manufacturing automobile gaskets in 1945, we have actively promoted the development of unique technology.
In particular, we have been bringing forth a variety of metal processed products based on metal processing and coating technology.
Heat shield is one of the products which is made of aluminum material that is difficult to use in high temperature conditions and difficult to process into complex shapes.
In addition, we always keep in mind the needs of the next generation, and strive to provide high quality and high value-added products to meet those needs.

The parts manufactured by our company are used by many automobile manufacturers.
In particular, 80% of light vehicle manufacturers are equipped with our products, and their domestic market share is undisputedly No. 1.
Tier 1 for Major Car Manufacturers
Tier 1 is a classification of suppliers (parts manufacturers) in the automobile industry, and is the highest level that directly supplies parts to automobile manufacturers.
As we supply products directly to automobile manufacturers, high technical capabilities and quality are required.
Patented Product - Moment Buster
Moment Buster is a special part that is installed on the heat shield where the temperature is higher than 450°C.
Moment Buster is used to block the heat transfer and control vibration of the heat shield. Nimbus GIi is the world's first heat shield using aluminum material for exhaust system insulation parts.

Since our company's foundation in 1945, our main endeavor has been the development of sealing technology, which is the most important part of engines. Since then, as an independent manufacturer, we have continued to respond to technological advances in the automobile industry, and have also worked on the development and commercialization of engine-related parts, such as heat shields for exhaust system.
